How to file a copyright complaint and how it is handled.

AURIX respects intellectual property rights and reviews rights-holder notices promptly.
1. Filing a takedown notice
If you believe your copyright or related rights are infringed by content on AURIX, send a notice to support@aurixmusic.ru with the subject "IP takedown notice". The notice should include:
- Your name and contact details (email, phone).
- A description of the intellectual property that is infringed.
- A document supporting your rights (certificate, contract, licence).
- A link to the disputed material on AURIX or a precise description to identify it.
- A description of the alleged infringement.
- A statement that the use was not authorized by the rights holder.
- Your signature (electronic is acceptable).
2. Review process
After we receive a complete notice:
- We acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- We check the notice for completeness and merit.
- Where justified, we restrict access to the disputed content within 10 business days.
- We notify the user who uploaded the content.
- If the notice is incomplete, we ask for more information.
3. Counter notice
A user whose content was restricted may send a counter notice if they consider the complaint unfounded. It should include:
- Your name and contact details.
- A description of the removed or restricted content.
- Grounds showing your right to post it (supporting documents).
- Your agreement to have the dispute reviewed in the established manner.
4. Liability for abuse
Filing a knowingly false copyright complaint may lead to liability under applicable law, including compensation for losses to the affected party.
