Terms of Service

1. General

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between Individual Entrepreneur Karine Balasanyan (the "Operator") and the user (the "User") in connection with the AURIX digital service (the "Service").

The Service is available at https://aurixmusic.ai and as a mobile app.

2. Description of the Service

AURIX is a platform for independent musicians and artists that provides:

• Track library: uploading and organizing your tracks, cover art, and metadata.
• AI tools: track analysis, promotion recommendations, content planning, and an AI assistant.
• Artist profiling: mapping your strengths and growth areas.
• Analytics: release statistics, attention index, and progress tracking.
• Legal tools: generation of contract and document templates.
• Support: tickets, promo requests, and team management.

3. Eligibility and registration

Registration is required to use the Service. By registering you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate.
• You have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Billing Terms.

4. Account and security

You are fully responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity under your account.

• Do not share access to your account with third parties.
• One user, one account. Creating multiple accounts is not allowed.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and notify support (support@aurixmusic.ru).
• The Operator may suspend an account on detecting suspicious activity.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service you must not:

• Upload content that infringes the copyright or related rights of others.
• Post unlawful, abusive, pornographic, or extremist content.
• Clone, imitate, or generate the voice, face, or likeness of a real person without that person's explicit consent, including face swaps, deepfakes, and voice impersonations.
• Use automated access (scraping) or attempt to bypass protections.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing through the Service.
• Artificially inflate metrics (plays, clicks, statistics).
• Disrupt the Service or place an excessive load on it.

6. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and AI models, belong to the Operator or its licensors.

You keep all rights in the content you upload (music, cover art, lyrics). By uploading content you grant the Operator a non-exclusive licence to store, process, and transmit it solely to provide the Service (processing and display in the interface).

7. AI features and disclaimers

The AI tools (analysis, recommendations, generation) are provided "as is" and are advisory only.

• The Operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI recommendations.
• You make your own decisions based on AI output and are responsible for them.
• AI generation does not by itself create copyright. You are responsible for assessing whether the results are suitable to use.
• Voice features and consent. Voice cloning is available strictly for your own voice: you may only upload voice samples that you recorded of yourself, and by uploading a sample you confirm that the voice is yours and you expressly consent to its processing for generation within the Service. Cloning, imitating, or impersonating the voice of any third party (including celebrities and other artists) is prohibited, is blocked by moderation, and results in account termination under the Content Policy.

8. Billing, subscriptions, and Merchant of Record

Paid plans may be sold either directly by the Operator or through an authorized online reseller acting as the Merchant of Record for the order. The applicable seller and payment processor are always indicated at checkout and on your receipt.

Prices, plan contents, and the billing period are shown in the Service before you pay. Where a subscription renews automatically, this is disclosed clearly before your first payment, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your settings. 9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided "as is". The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• The Operator is not liable for losses caused by third parties, connectivity failures, or force majeure.
• The total liability of the Operator to you is limited to the amount you actually paid over the last 3 months.
• The Operator is not responsible for content uploaded by users.

10. Changes and termination

The Operator may:

• Change features, interface, plans, and terms of the Service, with notice to users.
• Suspend or terminate access on breach of these Terms, where required by law, or where there is a security risk.
• Discontinue the Service with at least 30 days prior notice.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. The parties will first try to resolve disputes by negotiation. Where agreement cannot be reached, disputes are submitted to the competent courts at the seat of the Operator.

Before going to court, please send a written complaint to support@aurixmusic.ru. We will review it within 30 calendar days.

12. Final provisions

These Terms take effect when you register and remain in force until your account is deleted. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
