Refunds & Cancellation

1. Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time in Settings -> Subscription -> Cancel auto-renewal.

• After cancellation, access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.
• When the paid period ends, the account moves to the free plan (where available).
• Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. Your data and content are kept.

2. When a refund is available

A refund may be considered where:

• Technical failure: the Service was unavailable for more than 72 hours in a row due to the Operator.
• Double charge: an amount was charged twice in error.
• Service not provided: payment went through but access to paid features was not granted.
• Any other case required by applicable consumer-protection law.

3. When a refund is not available

Given the nature of a digital service, a refund is normally not available where:

• Digital access was granted and the Service was used as intended.
• You chose to stop using the Service before the end of the paid period for personal reasons.
• The Service worked correctly but did not meet subjective expectations.

4. How to request a refund

Because our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) is the Merchant of Record, you can request a refund through the receipt our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) sent you, or by writing to support@aurixmusic.ru with the subject "Refund" within 14 calendar days of the charge. Please include:

• Your account email.
• The date and amount of the payment.
• The reason for the request.
• A screenshot of the payment confirmation, if possible.

5. Processing times

Requests are reviewed within 10 business days. If approved, the refund is issued by our authorized Merchant of Record reseller (named at checkout) to the original payment method. The time for the funds to arrive depends on your bank or card issuer.
